From a general search you can drill down into all resources returned for your search of a specific type by clicking the "See All" button within the relevant results rail:
You can also use the green drop down box to the left of the search query box in order to filter for specific resource types. Please refer to the specific sections in the Knowledge Base for each resource type for more detailed guidance on reviewing all results by resource type.
